Tremont Tutors provides private tutoring services for students at the high school and college level, as well as for standardized test preparation. These services may include online or in-person tutoring sessions, educational resources, and academic coaching.
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking or communicating with us. You also agree to attend your scheduled sessions on time and notify your tutor of any changes in advance. All services are to be used for personal educational support only and not for commercial or unauthorized distribution. We expect all users to behave respectfully toward our tutors and staff at all times.
Payment is expected before or at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue service in the event of missed or unpaid sessions. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or result in a forfeited session credit.
All tutoring materials and educational content shared by Tremont Tutors remain the intellectual property of our team. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or reused without express permission.
While we strive to maintain consistent tutor availability, scheduling may occasionally change. If that happens, we’ll communicate promptly and work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Tremont Tutors is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. We cannot guarantee specific academic results, grade improvements, or test scores. We are also not responsible for technical issues related to third-party platforms used during tutoring sessions.
We reserve the right to discontinue service for users who violate these terms or who engage in inappropriate behavior toward tutors or staff.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
